I had a knee injury over 4 years ago and my surgeon gave me a cortisone and suggested to try a PT to build up the imbalanced muscles around my left knee first. So I took his advice. That was how I started taking a PT 4 years ago. My trainer at the time unfortunately decided to change career and referred me to Ryan. I have been training with Ryan for almost two years now. I am so grateful to have Ryan as a trainer who is knowledgeable, innovative and more importantly having an incredible attention to detail.
